My wife and 2 kids (7 and 3) took a last minute trip to Niagara Falls. We spent 1 night at the Radisson. Overall it was an excellent stay!
The hotel is clean and excellent location.
We had an excellent room on the 15th floor with a beautiful view of the falls. Not sure if ALL the rooms would have the same view as there are some other buildings nearby, but we had a corner unit with an awesome view.
We used the pool a number of times. The pool area is great. Kids loved it. The hot tub was not working, but the hotel just re-opened the pool area.
The staff were amazing, very friendly, and happy to help. Victoria who worked at the front was the BEST. She helped us find a great breakfast spot and gave good advice on attractions to see and do.
Hope to be back in the summer.
My partner and I stayed here late last year, where, we had an enjoyable time. The downside was that the photos shown on the hotels webpage have been digitally altered, the room (king suite with view of Canadian falls) has definitely seen better days. The interior and furnishings are fairly old, and do not have a modern feel, along with a very "odd" smell that we could not escape! Other than those items, the view we had was AMAZING! The jetted tub was AMAZING, I just feel the price should certainly be dropped seeing as the hotel has aged, and has not had a face lift! Overall it was an okay stay, with an amazing view!!
Very pleasant stay in March. We got nice corner room with partial falls and city view. Great and helpfull staff provide perfect service.
Last weekend was marvellous, we spend it at the Radisson Hotel (Niagara Falls)
Let’s start with the reservation, the warm welcome and the easy of making our reservation was so lovely.
The staffs were so wonderful to give us the family room we ask for, with Fallsview, a big room so clean and neatly.
Check-in was so super and smooth, room service was by APP. We ask and they deliver in minutes.
Swimming pool, we felt it was only for us and the was they managed it and clean it.
Parking so close to the door and it was the cheapest parking in Niagara Falls.

Was a lovely weekend with the family, for sure we will visit again.

Fantastic Place, they had few premium rooms available and we checked in around 10pm so they upgraded our rooms for free and we got Niagara Falls Lake View and Rooms were very big and jacuzzi Tubs, very clean and extra cleaning wipes were left and detail email explaining cleaning and Covid protection steps were taken. Will recommend and I signed up for membership.
Enjoyed this place 8-10 min walk to Falls view, All major restaurants around and a lot of coupons.
