Great hotel, within walking distance to both the casino and the falls. Super friendly staff. Rooms are very large, recently updated and clean. It's my go to for a weekend of relaxation. Best of all, free parking is included. You will never go wrong staying here for a night or two or more.
It was a great experience. Went their for me time and its was very quite and calm. Got room with falls view from balcony and it was great. Staff was very friendly with great customer services. Room was very clean and beautiful, seemed like they newly renovated the rooms. Had very nice city view too.
Not Microwave room
We had a lovely stay at the Holiday Inn Niagara Falls! We are a bit more weary about the hotels we are choosing to stay at during a pandemic but we can say that the Holiday Inn is taking all the proper precautions and we were very impressed! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in/out was quick and easy and conducted in a safe way! The hotel is conveniently located next to some awesome restaurants and a short walk to the falls. Keep in mind if you have any physical restraints, the hotel is located on a fairly steep hill from the falls but not too bad! I highly recommend this hotel!
I can honestly say that this is one of the best hotels in the area. For the price I paid, I got everything I needed and more.From complimentary parking to a balcony with a great view, this hotel made my stay memorable. Not a lot of nice hotels offer a balcony but this one did and the customer service was awesome! I had a minor issue with my sliding door not opening, but the hotel staff was attentive and assisted me. Ive also been to the other hotels in the area and they have been rammed to capacity during covid but this hotel has done a great job of managing their guest!
