My husband and I had a wonderful night at last weekend. Everything was supper clean and the staffs' manner was great, very easy check in and check out. But you should bring your toothbrush!!!!!!! It is unbelievable, Isn't it? Honestly I've never see that in the other Hotels around the world. The second issue was air-condition's sound. It was somehow disrupting. all in all after this two issue I recommended Hilton Hotel premium king size bed jacuzzi. Stay safe!
it was large, the view was great. The breakfast was healthy and delicious. Parking wasn't free, however i found a spot walking distance for 15$. Do the same! Overall, I'd give this hotel 5 stars for the service it provided. It missed a swimming pool though and a gym (which were either closed or had some renovations going on)

We stayed here for 2019 New Years Eve.
The Hotel was absolutely Fantastic!
The Hotel was very Clean and Elegant.
The place was Very busy.... being New Year’s Eve. The Hotel had Every Check in counter Open and staffed appropriately. Mad the check in line move very quickly.
Our room was a Falls view very high up on the tower, can’t remember what floor. But we had a perfect view of both the Canadian falls and the US falls.
Our room was beautiful, very clean and spacious. The Bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub that my Girlfriend and I absolutely loved!
Our stay was on the expensive side, but was to be expected for a holiday.
Will return for a stay when ever a weekend trip to the falls is in order again.
Staff were so friendly and helpful, our room was spotless upon arrival and the view of the falls was incredible. Jetted jacuzzi was simple to use and large enough for 2 adults comfortably. Lobby was stunning and nightly prices were surprisingly affordable for the area! Would definitely go back!
