Hotel is nice which is in the center of all activities. Very close to the falls, skylon tower, IMAX movie theater and indoor skydiving. Double Queen bed room with balcony gives you a small partial view of the falls. Pretty old hotel so the rooms won't impress you like a decent quality Hotel. If you need a hotel which is convenient in terms of distance from all activities this hotel will make you happy, however if you are looking for a super clean hotel with beautiful interior then you may want to look for another hotel. my stay was not bad, but I was charged $ 100 as a deposit because they say I stole a safe box that didn't even exist in the room. this is a shameful way for the hotel to try to make money. please stay alert with this hotel ...
Loved staying here, simple but clean rooms, positive atmosphere, free breakfast if you can get up on time, lol. Uncovered parking. Customer service nice and polite. Didn't had any problems.
Booked 2 rooms in this hotel for labour day weekend directly, not through any booking site. Do not go with pictures, its totally different. Wierd smell in the rooms, hallway, exhaust doesnt work. Could have booked better hotel in the price they offer. Although staff was good but hotel i won't recommend at all
Upon booking they said you will need to pay at the time of check in but they charged my card on the same day of booking and we paid with different card at the time of check in. No one told us that card has been charged♀️♀️
Cherished my saty here. Decent experience, in room facilities and view of the falls from the room. One thing I liked is that they offer free parking to their customers staying there whereas lot of high end hotels charge you for parking. Value for money. Would definitely recommend it.
