Beef Brisket is the stand out . The beef burger is a solid choice too. Good range of craft beers and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Shared long tables, so unless you come with a group you will be sharing your table with other people. Bookings seem recommended. Expensive by Viet standards, cheap by western standards for equivalent quality. I eat here regularly and the experience is consistently good.
This was an excellent meal. I've become really picky with my meats after being in Vietnam for over a year and had previously been living in America. The meat selection and overall quality is great; this is the spot.
The ribs fall off the bones, the chicken is juicy, and the brisket is tender. The brisket was my parties favorite. Furthermore, the sides were delicious as well. We chugged it all down with some craft beers and it was a great experience.
The service is also excellent. Our servers, specifically Tyler, were great host. They make sure you are well taken care of without being overwhelming.
Overall, LIVIN Collective was tasteful and I recommend any American (or anyone for that matter) who wants great quality meat that's cooked to perfection to eat at this restraunt in Nha Trang. It is without a doubt the best meat I've had this far. It reminds me of home.
Comfortable and Relaxing!
Fun place and fantastic US-style barbecue! Be prepared for big portions! Cool little shop inside, too, with locally made items like candles, clothing, soaps, and leather goods. One of the better meals I've had in the city.
We ordered the pulled pork sandwich and the loaded fries. The sandwich was delicious especially with their mustard sauce. Our server Tyler was very friendly and informative. They pulled a beautiful brisket out from the grill while we were there so we will probably go back to give it a try.
