After years of working out of my home office I recently made the move to WorkSpace Irvine. Best move I have made in a long time! The office is brand new...really clean, cool and modern. Katrina is incredibly helpful and great to work with. They make everything easy...great conference rooms, kitchen (with great coffee and solid beer choices on tap...), indoor and outdoor workspaces . Even with all of the amenities, the lease rate is very fair. Everything you could possibly need is there and easily accessible. The tenants have all been friendly and welcoming. Can't say enough good things...wish I would have made the move sooner!
I have been at WorkSpace for several months and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for co-working or office space in Orange County. I worked at another co-working spaces and toured many others before settling on this. Honestly, this has the best bang for your buck!
It has a great location (next to John Wayne - for those who like to travel, near Starbucks and food). Very respectful and friendly atmosphere. And the views from the office (see pictures) - there is nothing that can beat that. If all of that doesn't sell you - they have 2 beers (that's right 2!!!) on tap! What more could someone need in an office space. A fun, chill, and beautiful atmosphere!
Lastly, it has the sweetest and kindest, Community Manager (shoutout Katrina!), which is mission critical to having a great co-working experience :)
I joined WorkSpace prior to their launch in February and Katrina really took care of me between January and February!! She went above and beyond to help me with all of my business needs :) During that time frame she set up a temporary office for me to work from. I worked there while waiting for the second floor to finish and, honestly, she made it feel very special by providing us (me and a few others) with a coffee station, furniture, and a temporary conference room. She really is a sweetheart and a community manager is everything when it comes to running a small business!!!
I chose WorkSpace because I was able to afford a window office with an Irvine address. I couldn't find a comparable office at this price point in south orange county, so I highly recommend this place. It is beautiful, contemporary, and super fun. I especially love the outdoor patios.
In early February, I rented a conference room for an all-day meeting that I had in Irvine. The conference was clean and organized and the receptionists brought my clients to the room as soon as they arrived. The white board wall was awesome and my clients got a kick out of it. The building is located in the heart of the business district and is just a few minutes from the freeway. I had a good experience and will use them for my next meeting in the area.
Hostile management. Refused to let me pause my Coworking rent payment during the height of the covid pandemic. I ended up paying for a month of Coworking that I wasn't able to use. Months later, I attempted to resume my membership, only to be told that I am no longer welcome because of "how things ended." Avoid this place.
