The staff here is AMAZING! Shout out to Jaclyn & Dan especially for going above & beyond to help tenants like myself. Even the cleaning staff is extremely personable & great. Highly recommend this WeWork - great location & office options, as well as community events.
This is by far WeWork's best location.
Occupying the 2nd and 3rd floor of this class B office building, this particular WeWork hosts many amenities such as WeWork's famous Honesty Market, a general store behind the counter, a whole bunch of hot desks, incredible customer service, and to top it off private bathrooms with showers.
If you run or bike to work like I do, this is the place for you, as you can take a quick shower to clean up then get right in the swing of things. This is espically convenient considering that the last thing people want is sweaty people sharing coworking space during a pandemic.
Kin Spaces is an excellent coworking space in New York. They were flexible with lease terms, people are nice and helpful, and there is plenty of parking. Good people all around.

VillageOne locates conveniently above the Broadway-Lafayette Street subway station. When visitors arrive, they will be greeted by the warm sunlight radiates through the tall windows. A welcome hug to start the day.
As visitors navigate for seating, there are plenty of lush green plants placed beautifully between worktables. There is no wall and no dedicated desk. VillageOne provides shared tables, sofas, and standing desks.
VillageOne welcomes visitors with all the must-have amenities, high-speed wifi, coffee and cookies, a conference room, a private-booth, standing desks, and more. An accommodating staff is always available for questions and assist in any need.
If you are looking for a lofty, spacious, co-working space in Lower Manhattan, VillageOne is your choice.

My favorite WeWork. Great location in the heart of Soho and really nice and helpful community management team. The 5th floor common space has great natural light and is a great place to set up shop and get work done! Highly recommend a tour/ visit if you're in the market for a co-working office.
WeWork 408 Broadway is the best/safest work space in NYC!! Building kept extremely clean with sanitizing wipes/stations available at every nook. Most importantly, the staff here - Kadiatou and Jackie - are amazing! There is truly never a dull day. Today was day one from upgrading from my AMEX membership to an office and I couldn’t be more excited.”
A beautiful, naturally well-lit coworking space on the top 3 floors of a charming Chinatown walk-up. It is run by two lovely people, Tomás and Avalon, who are very friendly and accommodating. Can't rate this place highly enough for any designers needing a workspace!
The Yard's lower east side location is like a second home. The vibe is professional and simultaneously communal, with friendly talented people working on really cool projects. The community managers are SO awesome, they are very smart, friendly, and seem happy to be there. They have an unbeatable roof deck with wifi that's amazing to work at or hold meetings. The Yard lower east side is a very happy office space!
This co-working space in a restaurant (Distilled) is an excellent place to work. Kettlespace is an awesome service because it's much cheaper than any office space and has multiple pleasant places at which to work. I would definitely recommend KettleSpace in general, and the Distilled location in particular. Kettlespace is one startup that actually delivers real value!
Love this space. All the great amenities you would expect from WeWork in a central location. Great addition for the wework community. Super friendly community that are always there to assist
