Staff quite literally just doesn't show up or communicate at all. Automated systems also will happily take your money but if you try to call customer service or the help line to get in, you get their awful robot. It gives you three options, one of which is talk to a rep for questions. If you select that option, it tells you to go online and find out yourself before repeating the full menu again. That should tell you everything you need to know about this fraud of a company. They're coasting off on name recognition alone while simultaneously being the worst option on the market. Called up other coworking spaces within half a mile and immediately got a person who could answer direct questions. There are so many better priced and better equipped options in the area that, under absolutely no circumstances, should you ever choose this or any WeWork.
Good work environment for the most part, WeWork as a company is a joke through hahaha how are they still in business
Awful place. Dirty, toilets often out of action and not enough for the size of the building. Heating is awful in winter and you freeze in the office. Furniture in the offices are really low quality compared to the competition.
Once you get pressured into a commitment period, they are uninterested in keeping you happy or dealing with your concerns - so if you do join WeWork; don’t enter into the commitment period [prision sentence]. This particular building also had a nightclub in the basement for a period of time and is also a hotel “WeLive” so not the best site to have clients visit as it’s like a zoo.
I could go on... my advice, try somewhere else - lots of competition for WeWork now; who have a better offering.
I came here twice for a yoga class. Love the building and the community yoga room. The teacher is Divine. She has such a pleasant yet powerful energy. The class is challenging, but her encouragement and warmth makes it easy to pull through.
Awesome place to work. I was an intern there. I loved it. Free beers!!!!
