Good environment, excellent owner, cleaning staff is awesome and friendly as well, security good, canteen is good, washroom is good, its easy to find because its placed on main road
This place is awesome. The one thing I like the most about this place is the hospitality and work environment that I received here. The staff here is professionals. They understand your needs and the need that it is not just a commercial co-working space but also a full fledged office.
To experience the work culture here I tried this space for one whole week for FREE.
There is a cafe here and food vending machines also to give your employees a treat and also a quick bite with your customers.
Valet Parking is available here along with a full fledged reception.
I highly recommend this place for professionals and for startups with potential to grow.
Not so good
Co-working space in Okhla running with NO business ethics. Reason I gave 1 b'coz there is no -ve marking. Not only their rates r high, but also there is no tariff consistency. Owners can't decide how much they should charge from whom. Today if they confirm u (in written) with a tariff, tomorrow they may ask u for higher tariff or to leave the premise immediately if they get higher offer from another customers. Happened with me. So, Beware before booking or choosing this one. Later on, after Google search, I found several other co-working space options within Okhla and that too in competitive rates and with professional approach.
As far as the location n facilities r concern, it's on the main road of Okhla towards ESIC Hospital and MB road if you are coming from Govindpuri Metro or Crown Plaza Hotel. It has Basement (given to a service center agency), G.F., 1st and half of 2nd floor. The remaining half is terrace with some chairs n tables to have ur lunch, eatables, etc. (which u bring from ur home). But there is no lift so u have to climb all the way to terrace to have ur lunch everyday. Moreover, talking about infrastructure side, there is only 1 small printer in a floor and that too prints horrible. I found they uses refilled cartridges. 1 more critical drawback, there is no Mobile signals at all especially Vodafone (not even in 1st and 2nd floor).
