We had a reservation booked with the Omesberger Gasthof six months in advance to our arrival in early July.
The evening we arrived, we were told that our room was no longer available, and we were being relocated to the Grobenhof Gasthof, a short distance away. Arriving there, we were shown a very nice suite with kitchenette. However, there was a mucking box ( full of decomposing cow manure ) 15 metres from our room. The methane fumes emanating from the manure wafted into our suite, making it unbearable to breathe comfortably.
Hopefully, by posting our experience on this post may make others beware and avoid a similar circumstance happening to them.
Luckily we found a far superior accommodation a few kilometres away, the Pension Fleckhof in Neder.
A great place for families. Clean, equipment as described in the apartment furnished and stocked with everything necessary. Owners very nice and helpful. Close to Schlick 2000, where the descents are great. A trail for cross-country skis below the guesthouse. Beautiful views from the window

An all-round successful stay.
First class hosts who were always approachable.
Our daughter, 4 years old, was a regular at Franz's stable, where she learned a lot about cows, horses and pigs.
A calf was born during our stay, she was allowed to choose the name.
Riding on Sissi was also a lot of fun.
Our apartment (Habicht) was furnished with great attention to detail. We lacked nothing.
We'd love to come back, nothing has changed after a week at home ;-).
The Stubai Super Card is the highlight when it comes to activities in the Stubai Valley or Innsbruck.
We recommend.
