We had to cancel a booking due to Covid19. We cancelled within the 'free cancellation' period. We still haven't received a full refund of our deposit. It's now 4 months after we cancelled and nearly 2 months after our cancelled holiday. They are now not responding to my messages or HomeAway's messages/calls. Avoid this unprofessional business.
Great service
We had a problem on arrival at the delivery of the keys. Our intermediate agency in France did not specify that we had a small dog and we could not have the rental that we had reserved. We thank Katarina of EUROSUR who knew how to solve the problem by finding us a hiring of help for the weekend (our agency in France being unreachable on a Saturday) as well as a new hiring for all our stay. She was of exemplary professionalism. We thank her very much for taking our problem to heart and resolving it.
