It is dirty, we did not get the number of chairs promised, the landlord changes contract terms once it is signed, and worst of all, it took them 4 MONTHS to return my DEPOSIT. AND WHEN he did decide to return the deposit, he then told me (4 MONTHS LATER) that he would deduct 3000 rupees for conducting interviews. What a scammer!
