My company rents out some offices here. Maybe my expectations are high but it seems to be overpriced for little value. The kitchen is small and sparsely stocked. There are three conference rooms, two of which you have to pay $100/hour, even as a tenant, to use. Two of those conference rooms don't have standard, functioning conference room equipment so they're not of much use anyway. There is a business lounge but it is locked outside of 8-5. The company closes on government holidays even though their tenants don't so access to management, business lounge, mailroom is not available. Half the bathroom stalls in the ladies room don't lock. They also just switched out our chairs from nice, ergonomic chairs to the cheapest, most uncomfortable chairs an office supplier has to offer.
The only saving grace of this location is that the two ladies at the front desk are the nicest, most helpful people.
Just pay a tiny amount more and go with WeWork.
This company spams Craigslist with their terribly misleading and cheesy stock photo-laden ads. At this moment there are over 150 ads on my local Craigslist for this location alone. I would never deal with this company on the basis of their awful marketing tactics alone. Additionally, their spamming makes it nearly impossible to find real listings for actual good office space in my city.
Stop spamming!
Had a good meeting with an attorney about my issue in jail and they said it was normal and there's nothing they can do.
