Three One Three is great. Not only have they done a nice job of renovating their spaces, but they’ve built an environment that manages to encourage both productivity and community. If you want to talk with people on your lunch, you can do it. If you want to keep your headphones in and crush all your tasks for the day, no worries.
Not to mention, free coffee and cheap snacks.
This space and the people who run it are absolutely lovely. The space itself is cleverly designed in the back of a church; the rooms are thoughtfully laid out for different work environments, including some dedicated desk space, a more open room with modern bleachers and couches, and a sweet lofted area with a perfect conference table. The aesthetic is clean and calm while still holding on to all the personality of the original space; big windows allow for natural light to come into the rooms, and the wooden floors are warm and charming. Both the kitchen facilities and the bathrooms are well-kept, and you could easily pack lunches here to store and heat up. The staff was so kind to us and made sure that we were well accommodated. I'm really excited this new space is opening in my neighborhood!
Excellent coworking space with a warm and cozy feel. Quiet, spacious, with plenty of breakout rooms and productive vibes all around. Whilst working here I am able to get 3x as much done as I have been able to anywhere else in the world.
