I have had the best year working in my two person office in this Novel location! I shopped around a lot to other CoWorking spaces in Nashville and Novel was absolutely the best value without sacrificing any amenities or features - 24/7 security and a great location - but REAL spaces, not tiny slivers of space like at WeWork or Industrious nearby. They also don't charge for adding people within the people limit - so my two person office included an extra key and keycard in case I wanted to add people. You also get FULL creative control in terms of painting and decorating the space. Not to mention the incredible support staff onsite - Sarah Vickery the property manager was always available via text or if I had questions or concerns - she's even let people in on my behalf without it being any big deal! HIGHLY recommend to small business owners and entrepreneurs who need a designated space!
Great spot downtown & really close to restaurants (the Arcade, especially). The building interior and common area are very nice, and the team is accommodating whenever we need something. They have a lot of leeway with their budget to run events and provide food. The coffee machine is a life-saver (unlimited & makes just about anything).
I love that Novel owns the building we are in. Other shared work spaces don't so they have to get approval to make minor changes/upgrades. I you need something...they can make it happen. Also, I love that you can grow your company from a desk, to a single office, to a suite, all within the same building. And finally, Michael is 'on point'. He is personable, funny, and sincerely wants to make you happy. The price is very reasonable in comparison, I love the location, and it's a great looking space.

Best Coworking space in Nashville, relaxed atmosphere and the staff are wonderful to work with. You will not find a better value in Nashville with regard to space/price ration. I am moving to Atlanta and hope they open up shop there!
Our company has been using a space in this building for several months. The location is extremely convenient and the staff have been more than accommodating for special requests. We would recommend Novel on 5th for any business looking for a good downtown location.
