The Epilepsy Foundation of Middle and West TN strongly recommends 313 to any non-profits who might be considering a co-working space. The staff is warm, friendly and always accommodating. Our office is bright, spacious but most of all, connecting with other entrepreneurs and non-profits has opened up new opportunities to help us achieve our mission.

I needed to find a short term office in West Nashville and came across a few different options. After meeting Tammie at Office Evolution, it was an easy decision to lease with them. The facility is great and the office is always clean with a welcoming atmosphere. I highly recommend Office Evolution for anyone looking for a great co-working / office space in Nashville.

Emily and the team at Industrious Nashville Downtown are amazing. When I came in for the first time, I was treated to a tour of the community and made to feel right at home. Great amenities on-site as well. If you are looking for a place to call home for your coworking needs, Industrious Nashville Downtown has it all!

My experience with Industrious has been more than I could have ever asked.
Struggling to find a remote workspace during Coronavirus, I came across the safety and health measures Industrious proactively shared in order to combat the inherent challenges of a coworking space. Intrigued, I reached out to inquire about testing out the space. Cline provided immediate assistance, exceeding the expectations of my request and arranging a week-long stay in a private office.
From the design of the space itself to the breakfast, coffee, and snacks provided throughout the day, I could not have been more impressed. All of the staff were incredibly helpful, always ready to greet whoever walks in next. Considering relocating for work, Cline offered an additional week as I figure things out.
Although I ended up relocating, I can certainly say that I will miss the Industrious office and plan to return as soon as possible.

I loved Industrious Cummins Station! I went for a Zoom workshop and my office was so clean, functional, and quiet. The staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. They have coffee (with dairy free creamer!!!) all day with snacks, too! The office itself makes you feel productive; it even has a telephone booth that's sound proof to take calls in. My only complaint is that I couldn't stay for happy hour!
6 WELD Nashville

I became familiar with WELD at the Dallas location several years ago and was glad they came to Nashville. If you're working on a business, initiative, or cause, this is a great place to do it. There are public work spaces, private offices, studios, meeting rooms, and event spaces.
This has been a helpful environment for me to complete my work. While members focus and work hard, if you introduce yourself and say hello, everyone is pretty friendly.
I love the variety of ages, life stages, and business that goes on at WELD- a lot of people are willing to help you out whether it's advice, helping you set up a shoot, or collaborating on a project. IT's a great community to be a part of. Take some time to learn about WELD and the people here, and I bet you'll love it too!

I love this building. The crew here is amazing and they have everything we could ask for, and then some. Our clients enjoy the beautiful view from the conference rooms and the professionalism is always on point.
If you are looking for a great place to start a business or a new place to move too or just a quiet place to get things done, THIS IS THE PLACE to be.

Brandy and Arionna are amazing. This space is clean, unique, private and state of the art with AV, sound and all your needs. We had some COVID needs and they met all of our expectations and more. They helped us with custom catering and unique foods. The all day coffee, friendly faces, easy parking make our Kick Off meeting incredible! Well worth the rental fee!

The detail, personal touches & consideration that Kathy put into creating this beautiful space is insane! You feel like you’re apart of something special as soon as you step foot into the Collective. You can work upstairs and bounce ideas off of the many professional women around you, or go downstairs if you need silence to think better. The kitchen is fully stocked with not only coffee, wine, sparkling/still water, and snacks, but you can also store/heat up your own food. They have private rooms to make calls, lactation rooms & conference rooms that really provide the most affluent workspace a woman could ask for. Love this community!

Been a member for a while. This is where I get therapy, and get work done. Awesome atmosphere and members range in skill levels. All are willing to share what they’ve learned. Also an active and proud member of the local art and maker community around town.

So I never actually "co-worked" here, just checked out the space when some bands were playing in the back stage area. But that space is great and very open/airy thanks to the large doors. Inside there's lots of interesting art work and plenty of offices and small practice rooms.

My company rented space at PPEC from 2011 through the end of 2017. Sherry and Nancy were great! The office was always clean, quiet, and well managed and maintained. Our questions and concerns were always addressed promptly and necessary changes were made to better accommodate the needs of the renters. In short, they took care of everything so we could focus on growing our business. When our business expanded (we had more employees but we encountered delays in construction of our new building), Sherry and Nancy were able to find a way to accommodate the changes and showed flexibility that surpassed our expectations! Thank you, ladies, for providing stability for us at a time when so many other things were unknown!

Excellent community of creatives. Deavor has it all. Creative Coworking space, beautiful conference spaces, a huge room with access to a cyclorama wall. Excellent shared kitchen area, cold beer on tap from a local brewery, coffee from Bongo Java all included in your monthly rate. Deavor has excellent management and they are willing to work with you and extremely helpful. If you are looking for Creative shared space this should definitely be on your list of stops....

I've worked from a lot of different coworking spaces and I have to say this is my favorite one. It's not too busy (sometimes coworking spaces can feel like a subway station), but it's also not too quiet (sometimes they can feel like a library). There's plenty of great food, coffee, and beer options nearby (pro-tip: you can order Edley's to-go on your phone and pick it up a few minutes later). Most importantly the WeWork team at this location is always welcoming. They're never too busy to stop and help when you have a question.
Parking isn't always easy, but I use to work downtown where you pay hundreds a month for a space that may be blocks away from your building and requires a ride in an ancient elevator. After that experience I don't mind a quick walk to and from my car.

Three One Three is great. Not only have they done a nice job of renovating their spaces, but they’ve built an environment that manages to encourage both productivity and community. If you want to talk with people on your lunch, you can do it. If you want to keep your headphones in and crush all your tasks for the day, no worries.
Not to mention, free coffee and cheap snacks.
I do my best to keep this list very up to date. It was last edited in September 2024. If you know of a coworking space that should be on the list, let me know. Click here to contact me. Thanks!
