At the end of October we had a sinister burglary we declared the disaster the same evening but no contact from macif no consideration and during an appointment taken on our initiative they told us that our file was not a priority due to bad weather. The expert spent 2 weeks after the accident knowing that a door was broken and not usable. Until today, no return from macif leaving us in the dark and during an appointment made on our initiative, macif asks us to contact the locksmith and the expert in order to move the file forward. No work on their part or advice. Why pay insurance if no service from them.
Following this we will terminate our contracts including mortgage insurance.
