Attention unprofessional and thief agency.
Arrived after a long road trip, in the evening with a baby, we are informed that our rental is simply ... not available !!
Then after much negotiations and belatedly, we find a replacement place.
The following week, we are moved again and there, the misery begins.
Cockroaches full the beds at night, furniture out of use, cleaning not done or limited.
All this for at the end to dare to take a hundred euros for trifles !!
Go your way or you will regret it bitterly.
These people are simply thieves.

Agence du Soleil to flee urgently, completely incompetent people and scammers! As indicated on a previous message they should be called "THE SUN SCAM" I think that name suits them much better !!!!
So here is my story, we booked an apartment supposedly for 6 people and we signed our rental agreement and of course paid the reservation deposit until then everything is fine.
On our arrival the agency of the Sun, gives us the keys after depositing the deposit of course, we asked him to indicate the location of the apartment in question and the person tells us that we have to fend for ourselves , we were very surprised by this reaction, we then decide to go there on our own, we find ourselves with buildings sometimes without a number really very difficult to find so we decide to call her back to tell her to come and tell us our location because spanking more than 30 minutes we were looking for and we were tired of the trip because we had done 1000 km.
This person tells us that it is not worthwhile to continue looking because our rental is already rented to other people, shocked we tell him to do what is necessary to accommodate us because we have not done 1000 km with it. 3 children for nothing.
They end up relocating us in another rental and this for 1 week until our initial rental becomes available.
Once our rental was vacated, we were of course obliged to clean and redo our baggage etc ... and move into the new location, so the new location was perched high up with the baggage, a real ordeal, arrived at the door and after opening the front door I almost fainted because the smell was so foul, I do not understand how an agency accepts to rent such an apartment.
We note that this apartment is not made for 6 people as indicated on the advertisement and on the rental agreement but rather for 2 adults and 2 large children maximum it is composed of
1 bunk bed and a mezzanine where it is impossible to stand up
I would point out that the kitchen is 80 cm wide, incredible but true, you have to see it to believe it !!!!
Then the hob which works when it wants, and to turn it on you have to press the circuit breaker each time so that it accepts to operate so I have to go outside to eat I am not telling you the explosion of budget.
And now, I have just received an email asking me to pay 85.00 Euros because we would have damaged a duvet while we were in a furnace given the weather in the month of August + 30 ° then used a quilt with this weather I think I am stupid, knowing that the inventory of the entry was not carried out.
We had to leave well before the date, it was so impossible to stay in this place.
We intend to submit this case to our legal department.
Holidays in hell and very bad memories for the children, thank you Agence du Soleil !!!!!
