They don't make exchanges from other stores. I wanted to change a lipstick bought at the Milan store and they replied that I would have to change it in Milan.

Of all the Mac stores in the station this is my favorite, not so much for the structure itself as for the highly qualified personnel who work there. In particular, the red-haired girl, Imma, is always kind, industrious and affable. Answers any question and is well prepared, as well as being impeccable with its make up! I highly recommend it as it is not a saleswoman but a real expert in the sector, I always trust her.
I have never been an expert on make-up, with little attention to detail and not very good at using any type of instrument. Thanks to the employees of the store I learned a bunch of tricks and above all thanks to the patience of the very kind girl with fiery red hair, I learned how to wear makeup without altering my nature.
I trust his advice a lot and I'm a regular customer.

I find it very unfair to offend two working girls for free, remember that we must always respect others and above all the work of others, I do not think they have offended you by calling you in a "certain way". The shop is well stocked and there is no doubt, but one thing that has bothered me a lot was the oppression of the order (red lips and big hair).
