Bonne localisation ! Lieu un peu vétuste et bureau sombre... (Màj : précision pour le propriétaire, je ne mets aucun faux commentaire ;) , j'y suis bien passé pour un entretien donc certes je n'y suis pas resté 1 an mais j'ai déjà pu entrevoir un aperçu de l'immeuble a ce moment-là, peut-être que ça a changé entre-temps...)
