A quiet and enjoyable place with a fast wifi connection. Different areas (meeting rooms, single stations, a networking lounge for connecting and relaxing with others co-workers...) designed for different needs.
I did a workshop here and I was really satisfied with the service the Maispace team provided. The space itself is one of the nicest spaces you can find in Nairobi for the price. It's very affordable compared to your average coworking space and unlike most other coworking spaces in Nairobi which are more corporate, this space has a different atmosphere and energy and doesn't have that corporate feel. I love how the building is surrounded by trees and you feel more in contact with nature. I would definitely recommend doing an event/workshop/meeting here. It's a hidden gem! :)
Maispace is a creative co-working space. On ground floor is a community are where one can relax, work, meet and use as they seem fit. On the first floor is the serious space, where one can sit if he/she needs to focus and concentrate.
There is a nice outdoor area to relax / work if you want to be closer to the area. If you are a social Enterprise then this place is definitely something for you to check out. If you are any other kind of organization try your luck too! The found of a place has an amazing creative and forward looking vision for the place and the initiative that make it their space!
It offers great ambiance and it's a home away from home surrounded by an amazing community
