My company, now in 10 countries, lives and works in co-working spaces, from South Africa to the US, Ireland and everywhere in between - and my experience so far with Nairobi Garage has really been remarkable - the location in Karen (was last week) is really magical and green - the Promenade space is an amazing combo of indoor and outdoor space - wifi? Great. Coffee? Solid. And the staff is lovely as well - highly recommend - as good we have found in Africa or the world.

The view of of my work space is simply amazing. I am a developer and easily zone out deep trying to solution for a given problem.
I also walk to town on some days which gives me time and space to wonder. All in all its a good space to work and fun too. The deco inside is colorful and professional at the same time.

Great spacious and bright coworking space!! Good atmosphere with great furniture, facilities and it has a great location in the city, next to Yaya Centre. There's also a gym in the building and a rooftop cinema with big terrace for bites and drinks, giving you everything you need for a good working experience.

This is the most beautiful co-working space I’ve ever seen. It’s quiet, natural, calm, open, and well designed. It does need more options for phone conversations on rainy days. The inside space is for quiet work and the outside is for videoconferencing and calls. This breaks down in the rain. They have one phone booth. Could probably do with 3 more of those. The open kitchen well stocked with tea, clean water, and coffee. The cafe has great cookies a small lunch menu each day. I recommend trying a $20 day pass and seeing if the vibe fits your work style.

Great shared workspace with friendly staff. You can have space for as little as ten thousand per month or twenty thousand for a bigger team. It easily accessible and very close to all the amenities and bus stops around. They also organise community events. If you have a workshop, great space to consider.

It's an amazing innovation hub/space, especially when it comes to matters concerning tech, I have personally attended tech events and seminars that have been held there, and it was wonderful. They also work with tech startup accelerators and doing amazing work in improving the Kenyan startup scene.

One of the best hidden gems this tech ecosystem has to offer.
It's welcoming and serene environment is ideal where concentration is required: Studying, stretches of coding sessions, reviewing documentation, etc. And for the tea lovers, this is it: It's bottom-less. Walk into the kitchen area and draw a serving.
What makes this place stand out from the rest is what I'd call unique simplicity. Board rooms are well isolated, and every seating space has the feel of a separate cubicle, so for these who hate interruptions, this is it. A co-work space that solves one of my biggest gripes in layout and design.
I can't speak for the internet connection because I only used it to push git commits, but it was adequate. Much heavier use would've depicted a clearer review, but that's information I don't have at the moment.
On location: A very short drive away from Sarit Center or a brisk 15 minute walk. Quite ideal for commute.
This is a co-work space to watch out for.
