I've seen many offices in my life, so I can say something about it here. Basically, the concept of Design Offices is very nicely conceived. But when comfort has to give way to design, it no longer fits. It's all pretty nice to look at, but the seating in the booked room was a disaster, especially since it was a tiring day meeting. Unfortunately, I cannot post any photos because I only have photos with the people and I have to protect them.
The location: Design Offices are quite close to the center, which is very good, but not even the local taxi driver knew where to let me off. He hadn't expected that there would still be an exit to the entrances on the motorway.
For smokers: there is an absolute smoking ban in the buildings, despite the beautiful spacious roof terraces, where you can sit, eat, drink and talk. You have to go down in front of the entrance.
