Convenient place for business meetings and work. There is a kitchen, sparkling water, dishwasher. Fast internet, quiet environment.
Terrible attitude towards clients, the administrator is unpleasant and rude. We wanted to try a test day, left a request on the site, no one called us back, so we arrived there. They waited for the administrator for 8 minutes at the entrance, then she came and said that they had to call themselves, but they did not have test days. Then they waited another 15 minutes until she finds out with the management whether we can still get through, in the end she refused in a very rude manner, like we are not suitable for this place)) in no other coworking space for a long time, the residency has not met such an attitude.

No reason even for non-residents. I’d say the worst I’ve ever seen in Moscow. 5-6 hours for my life.
The rudeness of the staff of this organization knows no limits. I was here only two times and received an incredibly boorish attitude from two different employees, it is especially harshly perceived because it does not meet expectations in any way.
Please note that even a guest to come in for a couple of hours will put you in the database with a passport scan, phone number and full name, then: be sure to register on the site from your phone by specifying email. Finally, if you hesitate, you will be kindly photographed on an inconspicuous webcam, previously turned in the other direction - all for the same database. Why do they collect them?

Organization is an absolute fiction of image, service and attitude worse than average. Yes, in my McDonalds at the house it is more pleasant to go than here. Also working with these people .. I was just in shock and for the first time and a week later, from the little things. For fun, I went into the chat in the same cart - two weeks different people write that on the balchug the Internet constantly disappears, this is certainly worth all the words above for this type .. And also a fact: they have great rooms, but they are not at all bothered about the little things , imperceptible breakdowns, etc. - questions hang for weeks. But I already looked at it in three weeks in a chat. This is simply ridiculous, this is the worst place in Moscow in terms of expectation / reality, add here the oddity with collecting data for everyone. I was just shocked how you can leave such a negative impression ..
