all good, always staying here, location perfect, rooms need better cleaning care, but give five anyway
50% of the personnel was polite and helpful ( many thanks them) and another 50% - unfortunately no. The thing which also disturbed is was a hotel card. If you need to go upstairs on the elevator you have paste it in the card reader, not just to attach. Sometimes it just didn't work.
Concerning the rooms... We lived in the room for 3 people and one extra bed was very very uncomfortable. Another possible is impossibility to open the window in the room. Of course, there was some ventilation equipment but it worked not so good and noisy.
Standard basic cosmetics was available, and also hair dryer was there but it was extremely weak. Everybody was drying hair approximately 45-60 min.
The big advantage was breakfast, it was really tasty.
Regular staying due to the business trips.
Lovely place, adorable staff, great, I mean really really great breakfasts, excellent location.
Has been progressively renewed and became even better now.
Also, worth mentioning, events or conference organisations are a pure pleasure. Technical staff and engineers are excellent professionals.

Comfortable hotel minutes from the Kremlin. It was nice for touring but few restaurants were nearby. Oddly, the only window in our second floor room looked out over the checkout desk. We could never open the curtains! Luckily the windows were sufficiently insulated. Also the location of the entrance is screwed up on Google Maps so we had to use the Anglican Church as our location.
