Reviews from visitors:
A great example of how a chic place can be ruined by poor organization. If you want not to rest, but to endlessly solve problems - you are here.
1. The roof consists of a free zone, a tent and a lounge zone. At the conclusion of the contract, we were very nicely painted that in the lounge area you can put hookahs, smoke and relax. As a result, when the guests arrived and decided to go there, the guards in a rather rude form (they are supposed to be there, we all understand) said: "You were told not to be allowed into the lounge zone." Either we were like those who pose an increased danger to the lounge area, or the words of the organizer and his actions are very divergent. One way or another I had to call, ask, worry, negotiate right at the event. The lounge area was opened without enthusiasm, smoking was banned there, an unpleasant aftertaste was left. Question: why do you need to beg for what was originally negotiated and paid for?
2. Catering for 3-. And again, this is not about the quality of the food, it was very tasty. BUT! You can order your catering only at a surcharge to renting a roof. Their catering from the Montis restaurant represents three offers of cooked meals with a minimum cost of 5000 + service + cork. To look at the menu to find out how much each dish costs is impossible, we tried, we were convinced for a long time that this was the confidentiality and politics of the restaurant, and in general tablecloth tables and glasses and a thousand other constraining factors were also included. As a result, on the table for 10 people (50,000) there was MAXIMUM food for 5-6 thousand. 44 000 on the table a tablecloth and a couple of glasses to give a pity, insulting and tasteless.
3. Do not think that for renting a tent for 300k you will get something other than the tent itself. Every breath, sneeze and step is money. Technical equipment is optionally charged and costs 40 k, in the end we still didn’t understand what was included in this equipment, because in 3 hours they called us and said that they had broken the stage, they tried to project the projector for an additional price when we warned that we’ll take ours (the organizers knew about this beforehand), no one thought that we would need a screen, as a result, they hung it on the wall with the greatest favor and for FREE (but this is not accurate).
4. Well, it all ended up with the fact that the initial agreement in words again evaporated when we got down to business. Initially, the rental of the roof is up to 12 hours, but we agreed with the organizer that at 12 they will only begin to collect tables and up to an hour we can rest, simply without music, in the lounge area or on the roof. As a result, at 11-30 the ostentatious gathering of tables began, at 12 we had to call the organizer and spend the last hour to beg again for what was originally discussed. Well, when it came to staying until 2:30, we were told to pay another 19 thousand. But I won’t talk about it, it’s quite logical, because we need a guard and a waiter, and people have to pay.
5. I don’t want to get personal, but I want the banquet manager to at least smile at you, and we have the impression that, having paid not a little money, we still owed something to someone. The organization is also lame for the reason that each of the many managers at the time of the event told us different things about our rights and opportunities, sincerely wondering why the other did not warn us. In short, I had to make a lot of calls, discuss, prove, and so on.
The conclusion is this: if you compare the organization of such an event with a simple trip to a restaurant, I really want that when I come to it, I don’t have to think about whether they will give me a plug, turn on the lights, whether I will have a clean plate, and whether I need pay extra for it. In Incloud Moscow you get a bunch of problems along with a beautiful view of Moscow.
Place on a solid five. Organization for 2-.
