Reviews from visitors:
I went to international journalism courses for three months. Metro Arbatskaya and 5 minutes walk. The teachers are wonderful! One lesson - history, was led by the assistant professor of the Moscow State University Prutskov G.V. - I am delighted! So no one taught me history! The other two lessons were in English on international journalism. I didn’t like the format a bit, I wanted to test, home assignments, but here in the form of lectures, and they promised to give assignments in the next trimester, but next year I decided to go to them to prepare for DVI - they specifically prepared to write essays, and I it was necessary! The atmosphere is friendly, plus that you can pay immediately for three months from the card!
An excellent historical place in the very center of the city. From the metro Arbatskaya 100 m. There is a restaurant, cafe, cinema.
There are also offices.
Show room - the company is engaged in wood finishing, selling all kinds of interior ecological stuff. Cedar, oak, etc.
Rented exactly a year.
Result: they asked to move out, because clients "stink" at me (as A. Kaplan, the coworking admin himself explained). They asked to move out within three days, although 2 months remained before the completion of the contract. Disruption of the schedule for meetings was provided. Later, I learned from clients that the administrator was telling clients who were declaring to me from my memory that they had kicked me out for fraud.
Conclusion: defamation (fact - there is not a single trial between me and the clients) and damage to the image of the company (good, quickly corrected).
Remarque: we rented offices in Domjur since 2013, got into the coworking of Domjur and there. Until that moment, they had no business with the coworking admin Arthur Kaplan, so the conclusions about personal accounts are obvious.
Nuances:
- Hand over offices and workplaces
- Internet is slow but plows
- parking problem
- they allowed other coworkers into our office without our knowledge, apparently the guys were hunting for a “double” lease. The leadership of the domjur was aware of the affairs of the coworking administrator or not - it is not known.
- They accept money not only through the cashier
- Irony, but there was a paper problem in Domjur’s coworking: they couldn’t always print docks, they say there was no paper, despite the fact that the service was guaranteed upon conclusion of the contract; often there was no paper in the toilet and napkins in the kitchen.
- working on weekends in coworking was possible only after warning the administrator about it. The working hours of the coworking itself are not clearly indicated anywhere, so once in 11 in the morning on Friday they couldn’t get into the room.
At the moment, the same administrator is participating in the opening of coworking at the Cinema House. So they didn’t even go there.
The tenant's name is N. Mitrokhin.
Company Name: Russian Literary Center
