Great co-working, a lot of space, great kitchen, roof and events to participate.
Meeting rooms are not ventilated properly, but restaurant and terrace are good
I have been a regular resident of this place since the time of "Table": everything suits, location, atmosphere, equipment of workplaces. But there is one moment because of which it will be necessary to change jobs in the near future: individual "star" residents behave as if it is their personal office: they speak loudly, shout at subordinates or make calls, not counting the need to speak at least half a tone quieter when strangers are working nearby. These frivolous screams and laughter can be heard even in the "quiet zone", where, in theory, a person should be able to concentrate as much as possible. It's a shame that the behavior of one client can force others to refuse the services of this site.
Nice coworking space in the center.
The main advantages IMHO:
+ from the metro Mendeleevskaya 20 meters
+ the presence of several verandas at once and a roof with a mini-park
+ interesting layout
+ the cost is relatively low (1k rubles per day)
Minuses:
- the kitchen is weak in comparison with, for example, the Collider
- sometimes certain coworking services do not work
