Julian, Marisa and their staff were always very helpful, honest and professional throughout a long traumatic property purchasing transaction - note the trauma and delay was caused by the sellers.
Furthermore, the day we moved into the property we found the boiler for the heating and hot water was not working correctly, the person we turned to for help and advice was Julian. He kindly contacted a gas technician and arranged for him to come to our property.
We were surprised that when the gas man turned up Julian also arrived to ensure the problem was resolved, which it was, very efficiently.

We have had a few reforms with CBT and we were very satisfied so we let them construct a new house (ibiza style) and also this was done very well. Serious company who keeps word and makes solid and strong constructions for a descent price.
