Awful office and people in Moraira Branch. Not helpful at all, and as a non spanish person treated bad, even with the fact that the conversation was hold in spanish. Obviously they only like our money not who we are.
This santander office is an utter disgrace to the Banking Industry. No communication skills, very arrogant, only speak AND understand english when they want to. Ana the woman behind the glass counter should not even work with the public. Carla the sub-director I think she is only there to look good, Enrique makes promisses he cannot keep and Sergio the director, well he just closes his door when it gets too ugly....
Rude & Arrogant is the only way to describe the staff at this branch,the manager,who swans around & seams to think he is on the stage, made my wife cry ,she only trying to deposit money into her account....& then told her to leave the building 'as it was a bank & not a theatre'...This man is not fit to manage a bank...Santander please take note...
This office and the people working in it is an absolute disaster.
