Rental part
There are good and bad, hence my mixed rating.
We were able to get the rental with an entry at 9am instead of 2pm which was great as we arrived early.
Very warm welcome, good explanation of the house when handing over the keys. 20/20 for this part but after that it spoils ...
It's been the second year that the air conditioning has been found in a very dirty condition with respect to the filters and given the covid I had hoped for exemplary cleanliness on this part.
Last year there was so much grime that dust blocked the filter and came out above the element. It could be seen with the naked eye. Filters cleaned by us. (Concerns another house but still managed by the same agency)
This year one of the air conditioning failed. We inform the agency which replies "we must press the ice cube button" in case we have turned on the heating
In short, I say that I know and that things are done correctly.
A technician is sent to find the clogged filter. He gets it back to wash it because it's too dirty and now the air conditioning will work. Well no still not good. New message sent to the agency and no more response. On this point very disappointed ☹️. We will stay with a poorly functioning air conditioning that the future tenant will also appreciate.
This deterioration of the air conditioning is not necessarily the fault of the agency as this house seems a bit abandoned. If the owner does not provide the means for good maintenance, changing an air conditioning cannot be financed by the agency. See attached photos.
Maintenance of the swimming pool ♀️
You have to see it to believe it. 2 times per week. It must last 2 minutes. The person passes, puts on the water after the evaporation and comes back or tells us to turn off the water in 2 hours.
In short, the pool is not clean and it shows. Water not clear. The bottom of the pool is dirty and you can tell when you are underwater. A beautiful yellow cloud.
Once the mama was with the youngster and we had the right to a more thorough cleaning but still insufficient.
These are all the elements that lead me to give an average rating.
I think I will continue to trust this agency. Next time it will be perfect I hope.

Great attention. Last year we rented with them and everything was great. Kind and serious. Recommendable. The Manager Reme very professional. If we return to the vacation area for another year we will rent with them.
