18 euros per day for a shared table when there are a couple cafes around where you can do the same for free. Could have at least included coffee/snacks. Could have easily become one of the best places in Milan to work if it wasn’t for unnecessarily high prices
My favorite place in Milan to chill and get inspired... It has such a positive energy. Have a coffee or a good quality meal surrounded by creative, talented people. Great place to meet people from different professions and become friends. The owners and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.
They charge 18 euro now just to work here for the day, which is pretty outrageous in my opinion.
Nice place, friendly stuff and quiet atmosphere. The biggest drawback may be the price. While it makes a filter having almost always a free table, and the Wifi is really good, I cannot avoid but feeling a bit scammed. Paying 10 euro for going to a bar may be a bit expensive for a non Milanese. This doesn't include any food nor drink.
It has access to a broad variety of books.
The bar prices are affordable, a sandwich an a bottle of water 5 euros. One cappuccino 1,60.
The open card has some discounts.
A great space to work from. I was in Milan for the day and am so glad I went to Open. The space consists of two different areas - there is a really cool open-plan bookshop / cafe area with tables and chairs and sofas (and sunshine) and relaxed music. If you want quiet, there is an inner business centre area which is totally quiet and a great place to focus. They also have a couple of event / meeting spaces and a phone room for quiet calls. The on-site cafe has tasty breakfast, lunch & all-day options.
