Bad management of the Nivea competition.
Not only did I not get any refund, despite the fact that they confirmed the correctness of the data sent by email, when I called the office they replied that since the competition was over, they did not have a contact person able to provide me with assistance. Therefore no refunds.
I mentioned this to the Adiconsum and will go ahead in the appropriate forums.
Totally absent in customer care and customer management.
Bad.
EDIT of 18 January 21: they call me today, blaming the mistake TOTALLY on the Italian Post Office; I then ask for an accounting receipt to prove the reimbursement and ... you can't have it! I therefore confirm my review, indeed, if it were possible, I would also remove the only star of the review!
Excellent well organized location where you can rent offices even temporarily.
I entrusted them to manage a competition and I had a great time. They take care of every little detail and do not neglect anything, even things that are not within their strict competence. Keep it up!
