We are absolutely shocked how this hotel group have treated us during the global pandemic. We will never ever stay with any Hilton Hotel in our life. We booked via Booking.com a few nights for last year November and they hardly wanted to give us any extension to make the booking at a later stage. This was such a struggle as they are clearly just after money and don't care about their customers. We have tried numerous times contacting them to please ask for further extension until next year in July. We are from South Africa and it is not possible to travel abroad to date. WE find this shocking and will continue to leave bad reviews on Hilton sites every day. Daniel

A sorry business trap. Room is ok
Hospitality consists of little things. In the case of my booking-there was no hospitality at all. Completely uninterested staff, communicate with each other in Italian, thinking that they do not understand. Even three stars is a pity. Would put one, but saved the reputation of a comfortable bed, everything else-requires cosmetic repairs, courtesy of the staff-too.

No room service, no restaurant, most of the services not available due to COVID measures, but room rate still the same. For this money find some place where you can eat. ( Check in advance, they may opened the restaurant already)
