So we have been in the co-working space for a number of years now in both NYC and now in Miami – Ampersand stands far, far ahead and apart from our prior experiences. Here are a few of our favorite things about "&". 1.THE STAFF is amazing, very friendly, excited to help you and your business enjoy the space and also help providing the environment for your business to grow. 2. THE SPACE. This physical space is the best we've been lucky to spend our time everyday. The actual facility is secure, open, clean and very well maintained. We don't feel that we have to compete for meeting space (there are plenty of conference rooms), the common areas are very spacious and open, and the kitchen areas are well appointed, clean and friendly. 3. YOUR NEIGHBORS all are inspiring and friendly. For creative professionals this part was very important to us when we were searching for a co-working space. Finally 4. THE LOCATION Ampersand is conveniently located close to the Miami Mover and there are lots of great lunch spots and coffee shops right outside. Bottom line is we are very happy to be part of the Ampersand Community.
Amazing co-working space! Super friendly and professional staff, beautiful and spacious amenities and conveniently located, and pet friendly! The space is full of beautiful art for extra creativity boost. There is a gym right across the road so it's easy to do a workout before or after your workday.
Such an amazing work space, love everything about working here! The studio space is just what I need and the offices are super cozy.
Very chic place with all the fixings of a co-working space. I found the monthly price to be very competitive with those of other local spaces. My partner has been feeling isolated because he has been working from home since March and will have to continue to do so until sometime in 2021. So, I gifted him a month at Ampersand Studio. We took a took a tour with Emely and couldn’t be more excited! Thank you Ampersand!
What an amazing and creative work space. They have everything you would need to start a successful business and that includes inspiration with its many eclectic art prices, furniture and offices. As an artist or anyone in the field of creation would be lucky to have an office in this innovative space. Must go and see Emily and get a grand tour, way worth it!
