From the first moment they understood our needs and advised us perfectly. Also super willing to collaborate in any management related to the cumbersome purchase-sale process. After a process in which we have dealt with about 10 real estate companies (some with a lot of renown), they have undoubtedly proven to be the closest. Thanks to Yolanda and especially Patricia for the patience, closeness and empathy shown !!! Now to put up with us as neighbors !!!
Very attentive in the Agency and the spectacular house. Recommendable.
After they said they would send someone, we kept waiting ... to appear to see how to fix, at a minimum, the awful noise made by ceiling fans (caught with tweezers). Poor cleaning, if not void: dirty toilets, cobwebs in rooms ... They should update the photos pq between lack of light bulbs, switches that are not known for what they are, dirty cushions (both those that make "pillow" as the of the sunbeds), a flat bed lying in a corner of the pool, the fridge in the photo and some broken chairs stored where it is supposed to be a parking lot ... And if we clean the pool, we understand to put 1 tablet and remove the leaves of the pool. Filter with nothing else ... We didn't go because they were the only days we had on vacation and we had nowhere to stay.

Nobody came to repair anything, nor did they respond to our complaints about the lack of pillows, their response was that we had to get used to what we found. We were traveling with a person older than 82 years and a girl of 2, car loaded up and Yolanda, the manager, tells us that if we are not satisfied that we leave ..
They charged us € 75 for insufficient cleaning
and they didn't want to pay us € 25 for some pillows bought in the first Chinese bazaar that we found to be able to continue the holidays without making our stay bitter. Of course we ask for the claim sheet
IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: To say that they were Ikea type cushions looks great but with old and dirty covers the perspective is different, that Yes, that you had covers, you said that but you could already have put them without needing to ask for them? It's not that we didn't like them, it's that they were dirty!
The cleaning company acknowledged that the house was as it was and that nothing was fixed! On the other hand, sending the cleaning lady with the bail seems to me to be inelegant on her part and implies what you care about the details.
We arrived on Saturday and they told us that until Monday they could not send anyone, so smoking, I wait and spent the week ..
No, they have not been so horrible but because we clean the toilets and buy pillows! Quiet that I have taken them, but I hope my comment will help the next person who wants to rent with you to think about it at least twice.

In 2013, they first made a mistake because we had booked an accommodation already rented but Sandrine assured and found us immediately a very nice villa in Cambrils! That's why I'm looking again in this agency
