Hello. We are desperate Tired of calling and not answering. We are from Mallorca and we bought an apartment in Ametlla de Mar. We did not know any real estate and we trusted it (that when buying the apartment they had already done rare things and finally bought it through another real estate agent). A disaster because we are in full season and we do not say anything. They do not even get a phone. Please do not trust them!
To publish, I am obliged to put 1 star but Patrogest does not deserve any star, this agency after tons of empty promises never kept finds it quite normal to let its clients fall into the "panade" once the sale of the well done. To flee !!!!!!, there are many other agencies in Miami Platja that hold the same property that may interest you.
I put 1 star because if you can not comment on this rabble ..... Just say that it has been the worst management in the purchase of a house by these unpresentable and lie with a lot of hard face. Liars !! Nobody does anything with this real estate, because surely they will have some kind of problem or surprise insurance.
Discovering and helping with the home purchase were good and friendly people. However, when the house rent went wrong with the documentation and payments left behind by Patrogest. Therefore, it is very unfortunate to avoid working with this since it is a lot of money.
After making a reservation on AIRBNB made more than two months ago, they cancel the reservation, without explanations or anything. A full-blown shame.
