Very nice hotel but the over charge us we had a service girld super rude
This is my spot! Always enjoyable when I stay. Unfortunately due to the current pandemic, it wasn't as busy as it usually is this time of year. Some of the restaurants and bars were closed.
This weekend had interesting groups of guests. Didn't really like this because you can tell these guests had been smoking....not cigarettes. This does not reflect the culture and class of the hotel. It was very unfortunate. But nonetheless I will be back next year as usual.
The hotel was breath taken. I enjoyed every minute of it. The customer service was unspeakably awesome, great views from every angle, the swimming pool water temperature was to die for, the food was very good, it's like living in paradise. You must try the spa , Nancy gave me the best massage in my life. I recommend everyone to give yourself, a friend , or a family member that special treatment . ❤❤❤❤
Absolutely amazing!!!! The hotel staff were all very careful and clean, my family felt safe during our stay being that Miami has a COVID advisory. We had a blast !!! Mask are required but that didn’t stop our fun. The views are beautiful and the rooms very neat and clean. The private beach was amazing and the pools were beautiful. Food and drinks were great
Pricey but beautiful hotel, clean beach, very good service and large room. Would stay there again
