If I could give ZERO stars I would. Like previous reviews, this company has incredibly deceptive business practices. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT sign a contract with them! There are so many hidden fees, cancelling a contract costs more than keeping it going. Their customer service is a joke, it's nonexistent. You'll wait on hold for hours only to be hung up on. Your emails will go unanswered. Nobody will call you back. It's shocking how poorly run this business is. Avoid at all costs. You're better working out of your bathroom than going to this dump. Because on top of all the deplorable management issues, the "offices" have paper thin walls, and open ceilings that pass the sound from one office to the next. Dealing with this company has been hands down the worst part of 2020, I would rather have COVID then deal with this company ever again.
Dishonest, unorganized & infested with incompetence company! Dealing with the billing department is a nightmare as well as to cancel the contracts on multiple locations with them. Non existent customer service and no one responsible for anything. Over billed me for several month after I officially cancelled the contracts on multiple locations we had. In addition if you sign a contract online VS at the location, you have to contact 2 different departments to cancel your contract no central point for communication. Website customer back-end is cumbersome and non-functional only keeps track of online purchase contracts, if you set up locations with a local office manager, you need to contact them. Watch out for your money, over billing seems to be usual routine for them.
Small and without work stations but convenient.
It's a terribly disorganized (and dishonest?) company.
I rarely put 1 star review and usually give benefit of the doubt but in this case they are seriously under any quality rating.
We had to follow up every two days during 3,5 THREE AND HALF MONTHS TO GET OUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!
Their employees in the customer help desk on the phone are literally useless and lazy. They were keeping creating new "issue ticket" instead of trying to understand what was happening and following up on the previously already opened ticket. We also clearly understood that whatever they say, they were not putting notes in the case, so following up the next day we had to explain again and again.
Plus meanwhile we were there, we got some PRICY ITEMS STOLEN from inside our office during the only few times we didn't have put it back inside locked storage. So someone was clearly checking regularly. We complained about that and asked that no one would enter our office (not even to pick up the bin, that we were putting outside our office everyday. But still of course, someone was still entering and it occurred a second time.
So we were pleased at the beginning but experience proved us wrong, until the very last day after 3 months for the deposit back...
It's a beautiful place including a lot of facilities. Team is really helpful and wants to provide the best service. We can feel the high regus standards. I recommend !
