Reviews from visitors:
Nice people, very subpar experience. Here's how it went: I show up at their space, but it's closed. I call. They say the Condesa branch is closed. Okay, I get it, but it's not that hard to update a Google listing.
Owner invites me to walk over to other branch. I get there, do the tour, and when I ask to do the 1 day trial (advertised on their site) they say no you have to do let us know at least a day in advance. What gives? There was space available. Why so stringent with unknown rules? Finally they let me stay for the 1 day trial after a little insistence.
Before leaving I am misinformed by the kind lady working there that they will be closed for the holiday the following day (November 2nd, Day of the Dead). They later refuted this, but my memory is pretty good and normally doesn't just make stuff up. This basically equates to me not going back the next day to sign up, since I thought they were closed.
So I go back two days later on a Friday and guess what!? I am turned away again. At this point, I'm kinda pissed off because I showed up an hour before closing (shows 24 hours, but their admin office hours are different, understandably) and they simply turned me away. They could have signed me up, but they just decided they were too busy.
Classic sign of a business that's had a little bit of success and has lost it's customer-centric mindset, if they ever had it. Customer-centric or not I should have been able to sign up, but considering they are packed at Roma since there other location is closed I guess they are a little more indifferent about making it harder to give them your money.
Anyways, they tell me to come back on Monday because their closed for the weekend. Not acceptable. At that point I did everything I could to sign up somewhere else, anywhere else really. And during that time they kept changing the prices on their website no less than 2 times during a four day period so it became pretty obvious they were trying to push new customers away as their stomachs were full.
Long review, but it's only fair to include details when leaving a negative review. Honestly, this should be a 2 star review, but I know ratings are important and I actually believe this place is probably good on most days, but definitely not when they're nearly full (primarily metaphorically) and not the week I showed up.
Cool place to work and collaborate. Basic office spaces but great amenities such as equipped kitchen, free coffee and drinks and a huge rooftop terrace
