Reviews from visitors:
They pretend to be cool & great at customer care, but reality is they aren’t! After a year paying them for a private office:
1. The AC never worked as they said it should work.
2. There is only two bathrooms per floor, that’s one for the ladies and one for the men.
3. They have problems with water (bathroom water & drinking water).
4. We lost personal items, from dishes to expensive sunglasses and mobile chargers & cables.
5. They do have a power plant, but it starts 1 to 10 seconds after a power break, so if you do not have a power back-up like a UPS or no-break you will suffer loss of data or malfunction of your plugged devices.
6. They do not have any parking lot available, but they say they will "say what they can do" truth is they never help in that matter.
7. The printing services worked only 65% of the time.
8. In terms of cleaning, they go daily to empty your trash cans, but they only clean your office once a week.
9. The bathrooms are usually unclean, and the urinals area always smell very bad; and the toilet paper dispenser are sealed with plastic tape.
10. Some of the locks on the doors are broken or loose.
11. You can have all the beer you want, but only on the PH and only 1 out of 6 pipes works.
12. They have an app for reserving meeting rooms, but even when you reserve a room, any other member can reserve it as well, so is very common to have a double reserve for the same room in the same hour. And it is not nice to have this kind of discussion with other members in front of your clients or visits.
13. Hopefully the RFID access card system works fine, but it happens to us that the system went down, and we couldn’t gain access to our office for 2 hours because they do not provide you with a physical door key (for security reasons, they say).
14. They sold you the potential “networking” you can build in the community, the truth is that no one cares about it, in a year there we never got any business from the so-called community.
In conclusion hey charge you as a top of the line place & service, but in reality, they are two or three levels below that; for the same price you can go to other coworking with the same service but double the space.
Penthouse is great! Weworkers staff are friendly. Better if there were more available toilets & also an Oxxo in the offices areas (the cafeteria is too average and expensive). Pet friendly :) Not that good for printing documents
I love We work. The beer is not so great but the rest is awesome.
Great location
Fine place
