ABUSIVE BUSINESS: I do not recommend Spaces for Startups / SMEs (and I have +5 years in that sector working in co-working). Although the space and location is good, its policies are rigid and unfriendly. They gave me an office on March 2 and on March 10 I stopped using it because of the Pandemic. During the pandemic, Spaces did not offer any aid program, it continued to collect rent in dollars (which increased 30%) and what is REALLY ABUSIVE is a charge of MXN6,200 in restoration by delivering a 9m ^ 2 office without the office has been used! - I rarely write reviews and don't owe Spaces anything, but I found their policies abusive which I hope other people can avoid. That Spaces make a greater effort to "share the pain" of the covid and make its policies more flexible.
