Bad from start to finish!
I wanted to sell my apartment and buy.
The estimate was too high to make me sign the mandate ... critical of other agencies, and "we are the cheapest, we are the best ..!"
Result after 6 months ... nothing and I am now told to lower my price. So why put it so expensive at the start? YOU waste my time.
