This morning I tried to rent a van, after 10 minutes I was in front of the closed door the polite and courteous waitress from the bar next door called the shop manager who said to report that he would arrive in minutes.
9:35 am After 15 minutes from the waitress's message, I called the number and he said that 20 minutes would come because he was out to collect 2 vehicles.
10:05 am I called back and he told me that he was at the mechanic and he would arrive in minutes on the street.
I waited another 15 minutes but nobody came.
The clarity and professionalism of this person has been priceless.
Thanks for letting me lose 2 hours of this morning.
Fortunately, 200 meters further on, I found another place to rent a van, ADA, much faster and more professional.
Out of curiosity at 11.00 am I passed by the shop and it was still closed.

Hard to rent a van ... the young man is nice, but lost, quickly exceeded. Otherwise the prices are quite high (compared to ada or europ-car) for half a day.
A responsive manager, super nice and very commercial! Great price! Thank you.
Do not hesitate to reserve your car.
To avoid, some of the managers are insulting to the extreme, no respect towards the customers, limit of rascime anti white.
