I had used this service for circa 4 years. It was suspended from 24 February, and we received formal acknowledgement of our decision not to resume March 25th. Not only has our credit balance of circa $463 not been refunded, but "billings" subsequent for no service now mean we are owed close to $1300!
On departing we were kindly offered a bottle of wine to write a review on this site! I suspect if delivered at all it will be vinegar, as this experience leaves a decidedly bitter taste!
Good staff. But i worked 1 month, paid everything properly, they were fast enough to get payment and setup everything but when after month they had to return my deposit, its been 1.5 month i still have got nothing. 1 month costed me 950
