The staff at Workspace 365 have gone out of their way to accommodate our needs and help us to make the transition to a shared work space as smooth as possible. Being new to the experience after many years in the same place, we were uncertain what we needed, and we made some choices at the beginning that did not work so well in terms of location of spaces etc. The staff were very willing to make changes and not lock us in to an initial arrangement. We occupy space at 555 Bourke Street, which has a very light and airy feel, and although there have been some small technical hitches, there has always been a reasonably rapid response and an effort to sort the matter out. It takes a bit of getting used to if you are accustomed to a more traditional office environment, but there are many advantages to the concept, and it should certainly be on the radar for a business that needs flexibility and does not want to commit to a more ‘permanent’ working space.
We are very happy after 5 months, we did try some other shared working spaces, but they were noisy and had to get meeting rooms. Location is great, and you don't need to catch an elevator to get to it
Our staff love the spaces, the really awesome location, with so many great places on the doorstep, the proximity to the station and trams etc. but more than anything we love the culture of the place which is driven by the workspace team who embody friendly professionalism and flexibility
