Tinkko is a textbook case of how not to manage people. I speak based on my experience as a customer from 2016 to 2017. Let me explain:
a. First, they don't really understand what "professional" or "transparent" means. All my communication about any inconsistencies were detailed in emails.
I never had any formal reply in writing. In fact, I do have one - when they clearly stated that my demand for a refund on my time and money lost on on of their famous reforms, I've got an answer saying they thought it was a joke (see attached). That makes a lot of sense: As a Customer of Tinkko, your demands are treated as a Joke
b. Secondly, they had a twisted understanding of even legal: When I gave up with their lack of professionalism and decided not to renew their contract, I've had a glimpse of mr Velez (the Legal/Responsible Point of Contact of whom I've got a Contract With), which told me that In Colombia my actions were threatening and considered risky.
At this point, upon noticing my Legal/Responsible Point of Contact had already shown that doesn't care about being Responsible (placing lots of middle managers with no power except to give me Meeting Room Tokens aka Monopoly Money - to someone that actually didn't need a meeting room as an independent yet remote professional) nor has a good idea of what Legal means, I gave up
And finally: Back in the time, when it came to security, Tinkko was an accident waiting to happen: At least 5 times people entered looking for me with being contacted.
So my recommendation is: Be prepared to fight for your own contract to be respected. And be patient, bc its going to cust you much time and Money
You will be co-working among Colombians unlike other co-working locations in Poblado. The space is nestled in a cute part of the neighborhood with abundant food options for when you want to get a break from your work. The shared spaces were a little awkwardly situated but overall it was a good vibe for stopping in for the day.
I worked at Cowarkya for a month and had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. The internet was the best I found in the area, always stable and fast. It was also great to have 24/7 access as I often would work on weekends and times when other coworking spaces were closed. Highly recommend for any digital nomad or person looking to work from Poblado.
I want to recommend this place for anyone looking to get a small Coworking office in poblado. Jorge was such a great host and they made sure I have what I need anytime I needed it.
They are more affordable than other places around so if you are looking for a cool space to work, stop by and check them out :)
It's hard to find a coworking space that is really a coworking space (meaning having a community rather than a place to work from). I've been in Epicentro for a few months already and I wouldn't change it.

This is an amazing place to work! I am based at WeWork in Miami but visiting this one really made me want to stay! Melissa and David are the managers and they were so friendly, hospitable, even when I lost my card twice lol. The community is friendly and will stop to say hi anytime. The roof top - Wow.
It's a beautiful and comfortable place to work. The only drawback I see is the location, I think it's not easy to get there. It isn't near other places in the sector
I used their Coworking spaces for over 2 months. They have nice open spaces and tables to work on, good strong coffee, excellent wifi in all areas, and the staff were always welcoming and helpful. I often used the rooftop gym and sometimes had a beer and played some games of pingpong with other workers/travellers. If you wish to stay late they have a large open kitchen to cook meals and options for nightlife and activities if you want to carry on! Que chimba!
The space is really modern and the vibe from the place is amazing. I love that it's pet friendly so there's always a dog around to pet. The a/c system can be improved a lot, because if you think about it, using a/c units excessively goes against environmentally friendly policies. It's a good place to connect with new people and get to know what other people in the business is doing.
I spend my life travelling and spent time is many coworking around the world. CBOX is the best and everything else secondary. Highly recommend it to you
