Place is a joke. It is loud, noisy, coffee tastes like dirt and often there is none around. Conferences are dull, uninteresting, and often are market plots to sell you useless trinkets such as nail polish, cell phone cases or travel scams. Twice we have had instances of theft. Even when staff thievering is in camera nobody answers or takes responsibility. Staff does not know what is happening either. Interaction between companies is none existing. Elevators are super crowded so often times you have to wait 15 minutes to come up or down. There are better and cheaper alternatives in town. I wouldn't recommend it for a serious medium-large office, and smaller enterprises of course could probably spend their little resources elsewhere.
Not fulfilling the initial promise of providing beer until 8pm. The people who operate the AC are totally inept. It's is always either too cold or too hot. They don't take into account the outside temperature. Also I am pretty sure the elevators are not properly configured and there is always a traffic jam of people at certain hours. I think they put way too many people in the building for what the elevators can handle.
This is an amazing place to work! I am based at WeWork in Miami but visiting this one really made me want to stay! Melissa and David are the managers and they were so friendly, hospitable, even when I lost my card twice lol. The community is friendly and will stop to say hi anytime. The roof top - Wow.
