I loved the wine tasting! Had a good explanation and the wines and small bites where great! It was a good experience.
This winery is really modern. They produce high quality wines and have tours in a variety of languages. Matteo showed us around and then conducted a very informative tasting in very good English. We learned a lot about modern wine production and of course enjoyed the wines.
A fantastic winery with people that believe in what they do. You can see the connection they have with the nature around them and the extent they go to embrace and express it. Gorghi Tondi is definitely worth taking the time to go and visit. I highly recommend a tour of the winery and doing a tasting. It is very informative and only increases your appreciation for the wines they create and how they do so.
