It had never happened to me to have anything to do with Tecnocasa. And for being the first time, I'd say it was kind of underwhelming.
First point ... The gentleman who introduced himself was of few words. Weird to be a real estate agent.
Then ... by phone with a colleague who otherwise seemed to be very professional, we agreed that we could view all three properties. But probably that day the gentleman had little desire to work, since after seeing the first property, I asked him if we could see the others who were in the same building ... His answer was ... NO. It is not possible because time is limited.
Another point ... I saw my paychecks, reporting that my salary was higher than the documented one and that of course I could have the owners of the property viewed. His answer, always unhappy, was ... I don't care ... We are only interested in what is in the pay slip.
Well luckily I have never had this problem with other agencies ... In fact, usually they are the ones who ask if I can prove my actual salary ... since we all know that companies often make partime contracts, for being able to pay less taxes.
Certainly Tecnocasa in my regard does not enjoy professionalism ... therefore eliminated from my research.
To the dearest gentleman who showed me the property, I would recommend changing jobs.
